Da weder Fred noch Samanta mit dieser Geschichte ins Krankenhaus wollen, entscheidet Samanta den Sack selbst aufzuschneiden und das zermatschte rechte Ei von Fred zu entfernen. Sie schneidet ohne Betäubung Fred's blauen Hodensack auf. Es blutet wie Sau und die Reste vom Hoden werden durch die geöffnete Sackhaut sichtbar. Mit einer Zange holt Samanta den Eiermatsch heraus, während Fred vor Schmerzen winselt. Als Samanta alle übrigen Reste des Hodens aus dem Sack geholt hat, wird alles genau inspiziert. Dann wird mit einer Spritze der Sack gespült und zugenäht. Dann möchte Samanta unbedingt wissen, ob Fred am linken Ei noch was spürt und quetscht es mit beiden Händen - kein guter Tag für Fred, denn Samanta quetscht mit voller Kraft, und Fred wird ohnmächtig. Erst durch wichsende Bewegungen kommt Fred wieder zu sich. Die Eierreste packt Samanta in eine Tüte und möchte heute Abend Rührei machen.
